A calming sky bar with great views of Phnom Penh in the evening. Nice cocktails, we experienced two dwelling signatures and also the whisky sour, all of which content. There was an uncomplicated listening Filipino band taking part in, plus the band was accepting of track requests. Great for an evening to wind down, with great breeze.Most favourite
